Rematch

I'm really proud of this one - research and time spent, coloring, tweaking, ect. (I'm embarrassed to admit that when I drew this on the paper, it was actually kinda crooked - about 3° to the left. I rotated it clockwise to fix it.)

This picture depicts what WALL·E and EVE did after the events in the movie - they played PONG, and EVE beat WALL·E. (Current score - 20 to 25.)

Did you know that the original Pong was only for arcade cabinents? In the film, WALL·E must have had the console version of the game - he was playing the Atari 2600 port of Pong. That's why the controllers are like little knobs instead of [link]

I also realize that there are a couple inconsistencies in this picture. In WALL·E, WALL·E plays Pong with EVE on top of his truck at night, and the TV screen is somewhat broken. Here, for reasons I'm not fully sure of, they're in a domestic environment with a different TV and a wall to plug it and the Atari into. Go figure.

Lastly, let me say that I think the 8-bit style graphics used in the credits are meant to imply that WALL·E and EVE did play Pong together, for real. (Also, I know that's not the right "Pong" logo - I created my own font for this picture. [link] )
