Door Station Control Panel

Description

This is a drawing of the control panel of a door station at Monsters, Incorporated, a factory that uses children's screams to power their city.

In all seriousness though, I had to pause the DVD on the scene where Sulley goes back to Mike's desk to get his paperwork, and he notices a white door with flowers on it, seemingly abandoned, on the scare floor, late at night.

A few questions:
* What does "FIZT" do?
* What does "IKT" mean?
* What do the buttons I numbered 8 and 9 do?
* One of these buttons (I'm not sure which) supposedly manually turns the door on and off. You think?

The only items with functions I'm sure of are one, five, ten, and thirteen, but I'm 90% sure of three and four. I have no idea what 6-9, or 11, 12, or 14 do.

Oh, and now I'm wishing I had shaded the panel itself more, like with grey or something.

UPDATE (7/11/08) (as if anyone looks here):
I did some more research, and found out the following information.
1. The thing at the top displays a six-digit door number (duh.) This means that there are no more than 1,000,000 doors in the door vault. (Hence; 999,999.)
2. Mr. Waternoose presses a 6-12-10 button combination @ 57:08 in the film. This presumably sends away the current door and calls the metal "banishment door". Through this, I can deduce thatt Button 6 is directly related to the door, because...
3. Button 12 (FIZT) is pressed by Sulley @ 1:17:44. This turns on the activity light (activates the door) manually.
4. George Sanderson's assistant Charlie presses Button 7 while George is in a room. George walks out shortly afterwards and says "Keep the doors coming Charlie, I'm on a roll!"
